GOAL: Replace the highway and recreation trail bridge. |
As part of the Eagle River Revitalization Program (ERRP), the downtown streetscape, the narrow USH 45 bridge, the recreation trail bridge, and the dock along the river needed to be replaced. Zenith Tech was instrumental in meeting those goals. |  |
CHALLENGE: Construct the highway and recreation trail bridges and keep USH 45 open to traffic. |
USH 45 is a vital route through Eagle River, the most prominent city in the North Woods. Staging the construction; coordinating with the highway improvement committee, the ERRP committee, and the Chamber of Commerce; and recreational traffic were a constant challenge. |  |
SOLUTION: Construct a multi-functional bridge featuring lighting and streetscape elements. |
Zenith Tech is an expert at constructing new bridges and removing old ones under traffic. We successfully completed this bridge, working with the ERRP, the Chamber of Commerce, and the public. |
