GOAL:

Retain site soils.

CHALLENGE:

Identify the most economical option.

The retention options were sheet piling, cast-in-place concrete and masonry unit systems. Each of the alternatives has disadvantages. The owner clearly had the cost to cure uppermost in his mind. The least costly acceptable alternative was a pre-cast masonry unit wall system. New Powerhouse

SOLUTION:

Client satisfaction.

Zenith Tech's expertise is in design and construction of sheet piling or cast-in-place concrete systems. Although Zenith Tech was not selected to construct the wall, it provided the engineering solutions that allowed the pre-cast masonry wall to be built. The end result was the most cost-effective solution for the client.
