GOAL: Complete the construction of the structural concrete and utilities for the Rock-Gen Power Plant. |
Upon completion of the site grading, Zenith Tech's goal was to construct all concrete foundations, install underground utilities; and complete the structures, buildings, and restoration in one construction season. |  |
CHALLENGE: Meet an aggressive construction schedule. |
In four months, Zenith Tech forces would form and cast over 8,000 cubic yards of structural concrete, install the mechanical piping and thousands of feet of electrical conduit, and complete the construction of teh maintenance building before winter. |  |
SOLUTION: Planning and teamwork. |
Zenith Tech engineers developed a critical path schedule. Manpower and equipment assets were adjusted at daily progress meetings. coordination efforts assured completion on time and under budget. |
